Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do NOT take returns on beef.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it, please email us as soon as possible at tina@devine-gardens.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition, and describe the problem. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work with you for a satisfactory solution.
