Fresh Salsa
The picture at the top of the page is the fresh salsa that I had spoke of earlier. Yes, it was as good as it looks. You just can't beat food picked from the garden. The other day I picked some green beans, a yellow sqaush, a broccoli head, one corn on the cob, and tomatoes. I cooked the vegetables in a little water, added some butter and flour, then added some parmagian cheese and cherry tomatoes. In about an hour this wonderful combination of vegetables was on the table for us to enjoy!
